1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, delivery, and use of the Sustainable Fashion Vocabulary Encyclopaedia ("the Book") offered through the Website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Orders and Delivery
2.1 The Book is printed to order. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for printing and dispatch within the United Kingdom. 3 to 10 working days globally
2.2 International orders may take longer depending on destination.
2.3 Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of successful payment.
2.4 Onward Paper Press reserves the right to cancel any order in the event that the book is temporarily unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order quantity.
3.3 Onward Paper Press reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Institutional and Bulk Orders
4.1 Institutional orders of 10 or more copies are welcome. Please contact info@fashionvocabulary.com to discuss discount pricing and delivery arrangements.
4.2 International orders of fewer than 10 copies may incur higher per-unit shipping costs. Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification.
5. Refund and Returns Policy
5.1 If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@fashionvocabulary.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5.2 As the book is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed in error. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5.3 Duplicate purchases made in error must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction. We will refund the duplicate order in full.
5.4 Refund requests must be submitted to info@fashionvocabulary.com with full purchase details and supporting documentation where relevant.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
6.1 All content within the Sustainable Fashion Vocabulary Encyclopaedia — including definitions, frameworks, analysis, design, and editorial content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Fashion Vocabulary and Hana Towobola.
6.2 Purchasers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to read and reference the Book for personal and professional use.
6.3 Any reproduction, distribution, modification, scanning, uploading, or commercial exploitation of the content — in whole or in part — without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Academic citation of the Book is permitted provided full attribution is given in accordance with APA 7th edition referencing standards.
